I’d raised the complaint related to STB(Set top box) not working on date 18 Sept. Ref. No.40126909. The customer care people told me need to change STB with Rs. 500/- I’m agree. But due to shortage of STB, not changed.Again I’d raised the complaint Ref.No.40139413 on date 19 Sept. I’d received messages this complaint resolved but actually the complaint was not resolved. So I’d again raised another complaint Ref. no. 40160242 on 20 Sept.2014. Then Airtel engineer came on 21st Sept at my home with old STB for change the my STB. I’d asked him why you changed with old one? but as per Airtel procedure they replace faulty STB with old one STB and charged for Rs.500/- Then I’d asked for up-gradation of my existing HD+ STB with new DVR HD STB and as per his instructions I’d called customer care center and enquire about upgradation, they told me charges Rs.2499/- ref. no. 40164660 and I’d double confirmed with twice called at customer care center. I’d called in front of Airtel engineer. Then I’d decided for upgrade option. Then Airtel engineer do all work related for upgrade (laid second cable, dual LNB and DVR STB).Then as per airtel instructions he asked for payment Rs.3999/- I’d refused and called again customer care and told this case but they told me you have to pay rs.3999/- then I’d escalated the case with Maharashtra head Mr. Sunil Botra. On behalf of Sunil botra one lady assured me we will take action on customer care guy who provided fake information to you but you have to pay Rs.3999/- otherwise all instruments, cable will be removed. They listen the recordings and aggreed for I’m getting wrong info but they are not ready to reduce the amount. At last I’d pay amount Rs. 3999/- Can you please take necessary action and I’ll get my Rs. 1499/- back. Also I’d lost my 3 days and mental disturbance
