My concern is about cancellation of request (REQUEST NUMBER 9310315) after the approval of Gas connection on my wife name. After the visit of the company person to check our kitchen there was no intimation about the approval of connection. Today I just received the message that the connection request is canceled there was no response from our side on acceptance on connection. Whereas after visit of company person there was no intimation from agency or company side. The agency people are very harsh and take their own time even after regular visit. My wife being female had to visit three times a day to submit the request and even after they refused to take the form. It is really big harassment that after prolonged process and waited time my connection is cancelled without any prior intimation. When I called at Delhi customer care number the lady was rude. I believe she was eating something while talking to me. When I said I shall go to the consumer court she said openly “go ahead and do whatever you want to do”

I seek the reimbursement of 7000/- if not the 100% than the margin amount paid extra and seek the further subsidiary till date not receive my connection. Also look forward not to cancel my new connection request.
