I have purchased dettol no touch hand wash from ebay but it is defective and 4/09/2014 their executive promised 110% price coupon as compensation and now it is more than 18 days but they dont sent it and when i called their customer care after 14 days thet again wanted 10 days

i want them to send me coupon as soon as possible and now i want a coupon of 200% and not 110% and i want refund of 200% due to problems caused to me.
