Airtel Digital TV – harassing the customers pay more

I recharge my airtel dth account using airtel dth online recharge,where it was mentioned to recharge with min 100 rupees. I recharged my account with Rs.100/- but even then my account got suspended without any notice. I spoke to the customer care executive of Airtel dth, who said that I need to recharge with another 150/- rupees to activate my account. I don’t understand,how come they mention Rs100/- as min recharge amount on the site,and why they accept the amount. So I would like you to take stringent action against Airtel dth,who are harassing the customers by pressurizing them to pay more and more money, even after sufficient balance in the account.
