Dear Sir/Madam, The flipcart.com delivered a defective handset (MOTO G) to me and it took nearly a month time for replacement and still it is pending , I could not received the replacement up to yet and by the time the price have been slashed and flipcart.com is not ready to compensate the price slashed around 1400/- after initial payment by me to flipcart.
I want that flipcart.com should compensate the price slashed by sending me a 16 GB moto G, the price of which is nearly the same as on today (March 12th 2014) i.e. 12599/-,and I am ready to pay the difference amount of 8 GB MOTO G ( which I have paid Rs. 12400 to flipcart.com ) and 16 GB moto G (Today it is available in Rs. 12599) = the difference amount is Rs. 199/- . As the problem is from flipcart.com side as it delivered a defective piece and could not replaced it in time and I am ready to pay the difference amount of Rs. 199/- hence I request you to provide me justice.
