I had registered a complaint for no 9900028539 with Airtel on 12th June 2012 with complaint no 44130779. After there were many complaints which i don’t have track of one I have is 45032036 logged in last week of July. After making me call several times at last the wrote to me on 15/10/2012, saying they will fix it in 90 days. However nothing happened, I called back in January 2013 saying issue is not fixed, again in month of April 2013, and aging around July 2013. None of them wanted to address the issue. I logged another call 53114950 in October 2013, with no progress they say the visited my place and did a check and fixed the issue. However this is a false information they are giving. This complaint is the latest one 54380590, even on this they say someone visited my place, when I said no one came, the Appellate office changed the words we had received similar complaint from others and based on this we are giving inputs. At last they say that they cannot do anything for this issue after making me run around for more than 1.8 years. I have all the mails I wrote to them and the recent calls with Airtel recorded. I can share it if required. I need some action on it, I have waited enough for them.
I want them to fix the problem. else refund whatever I have paid with interest and compensation
