Airtel Digital TV – not activating desired package

I have a airtel digital connection with Cus ID: 3012520338 which is installed at my Chandigarh residence. An alcarte package was active which amounted to Rs 168 (incl taxes) I recharged Rs 310 and requested the customer care rep on telephone to change the package to South super value (Rs 175). It offers additional Malayalam and malayalam 2 top up as complimentary. However, they told me that it cant be activated since I am not staying in the north. While I belong to South, I am in Chandigarh since I am in the IAF and stationed for few years in Chandigarh. I am forced to watch north Indian package. It is ridiculous to restrict customers from watching thier choice of channel irrespective of whether they stay in any part of the country. I am not in Chandigarh out of choice. This is discrimination and poor policy on part of the airtel company. Pl resolve Suji Nair 9464567216 8699003xxx

I want the south super value package activated with malayalam and malayalam 2 top up activated. Refund the amount which has been charged as alacarte.
