sir,on 27th january,2014 i have seen an advertisement of shubhlaxmi finance about loan for property,marksheet,agriculture,business,and industries.on the same day i have a word regarding the marksheet loan with its manager by their toll free mo.180030000099 given on the newspaper.he told that for taking Rs 10lakh loan i just have to submit the photo copy of my marksheet,voter id,pan card,bank pass book and payment of Rs 2000 on account no.”kusum 33076898160″.after that i have confirmed many times with the company about the terms and conditions before taking any further step.they assured me that after submitting the documents and making the payment of Rs 2000 they will process my loan and on the next day they will deposit Rs 4 lakh on my account and Rs 6 lakh by cheque by sending their representitive.so after getting confirmation immediately i had sent my scaned document to the email id:shubhlaxmifinance@gmail.com.on 28th january 2014 in morning the company representative named “Aakash” called me by no.8130263190 and told me to deposit the required amount.so i deposited Rs 2000 on the account mentioned above.after deposit i have recieved the congratulation call from mr Aakash and he told me that very soon i will get my loan amount.after some time he called me and told again to deposit Rs 18000 for their processing charge.then immediately i denied him for the loan processing as they did not tell me about this Rs 18000 which had violating the terms and conditions we have discussed before.At that time he was agreed to refund my amount Rs 2000.After some time he tried to motivate me to deposit Rs 18000,if it is not possible only Rs 8000 is also fine and he will manage for Rs 10000.Then i told then “if you are genuine then first deposit my loan amount by deduct your charge or after getting the loan amount i will pay you what ever is your demand,otherwise refund my Rs 2000,i dont require any loan.”But now they are refusing to refund my amount and force me to take the loan.now they are neither agree to refund the amount nor to process the loan.plese help me as soon as possible.
as i have denied them to process the loan after knowing the sudden change of their criteria i want my money back or process my loan on the mentioned criteria they have discussed with me before depositing Rs 2000.plz help me.(AS I AM UNABLE TO FIND OUT THE COMPANY NAME ON YOUR BRAND LIST SO I HAVE CHOOSEN “FORD” AS THE BRAND IN PLACE OF SHUBHLAXMI FINACE by wchich i will able to submit my complain on shubhlaxmi finance.dont consider it as ford.
