They replied that your plan will be activated 2-3 days & welcome call will come from our relation ship manager. In the meantime on 15.12.2013 their team member Mr.Tapas Roy told us that your plan is not yet started , your relation ship manager will be appointed very soon he work for you. But no. services were provided to us as per their plan. We have requested for refund but no any response was received from them.
