Airtel Digital TV is not working for more than 10 days. After consulting with dealer we have logged a complaint with Airtel with Ref # 3033818. Without sending any engineer / any troubleshooting Airtel resolved the fault without any confirmation. Till Date even after chasing Airtel/Dealer for the fault resolution no one is turning up/bothered to resolve the issue. The attitude of Airtel dealers / customer care is very harsh and they are not bothered to look into the issue. We are now in so much trouble that the TV is not working for more than 10 days now and we do not have any other option. Please look into this. Awaiting for a positive response.
