I am feeling very frustrated. Ever since I paid rs4390 to vriti agent Sachin from pune, I did not get any response from vriti. I gave my details on Airtel website and don’t know how vriti came into picture. My assumption is that vriti is sales partner for Airtel dth. Airtel Digital TV is not working for more than 10 days. After consulting with dealer we have logged a complaint with Airtel with Ref # 3033818. Without sending any engineer / any troubleshooting Airtel resolved the fault without any confirmation.
