On 11th march 2013, I tried purchasing the set top box (STB) online and every time I clicked the screen was showing internet disconnected and hence the next day I called their call center that I was unable to execute the transaction online and to make arrangements to collect cash from me and install the STB. In days time the cash was collected and vide receipt no 10764 and in another 24hrs the STB was installed. After two weeks, in my bank passbook I noticed that there were 3 online debits of Rs.2190/- (ie. 6590/-) to my account on the 11th March 2013 in span of 15 minutes to the said company’s account, (it was the same transaction as mentioned earlier) and subsequently on the 25th March 2013 there were 2 credits of Rs.2190/- (ie. Rs.4380/-) back to my account from the same company. As can be seen that I have purchased the STB on Cash on Delivery basis and the third payment of Rs.2190/- is still not reimbursed by the company every since the then despite having called atleat 50 times to their call centers ever alternate day. I have spoken to their executes online Fathima, Salauddin, Faiz, Mohammed, Abdul, Sherlyn, Viyajesh and the seniors Manjunath, Chandra, Sridevi, Raghu and many more. All of them had the same thing to say that on of there executive will call back in 24~48 hours time and the same amount of Rs.2190/- will be reimbursed. Although I have even got back calls from Manivinder and Chandra stating that it will be done in 1~2 days time, but it has not been done so till date, despite almost 90 days have already passed. In my calls to the executives I was given complaint nos. 1) 29889019, 2) 30593990, 3) 30791941. These days my calls are not answered at all or while on line calls are being disconnected mid way.
I demand Five times the amount (Rs, 2190/- x5= 10,950/-). Despite no fault of mine, during my busy schedule I have had to call more than 60 to 70 times and each call stretching to 15 to 20 minutes.
