Airtel Digital TV – Refusal to provide promised benefits

I have Airtel Digital TV connection with me. It is under my father’s name. It was in suspended state since I was using DishTV. So, I started getting numerous call from Airtel to retain the connection & they offered various packages on discount. On 24th Nov, 2013, I received a call from Airtel (97796-19509) they offered me my current package for 10 months in Rs. 1360/-. I told them that I already have more than a month remaining on my current DishTV connection, it will be wasted if I shifted back to Airtel. So, they told me that it won’t be a problem. They can set the starting date to my liking, so that the money deduction (i.e. starting of 10 months) will start from that particular day & not today. So, I did a recharge & waited for the benefits to be added to my account. But I never received the benefits that were promised (i.e. current package from 10 months). Plus they started deducting the money daily from the account, even though I’m not using the connection. I raised the complaint with customer support (on 27th Nov 2013) & then with nodal officer (on 15th Dec 2013) after waiting couple of weeks. But since then the matter has not been resolved. It’s almost 2 months since I did that recharge. Yesterday I sent them a final email to resolve this matter within 48 hours, else I will have to officially lodge a complaint against them. Today, they outright refused to fulfill the benefits & blamed it on customer support representative (for mis-information). I have the recording of the call with me in which I was promised the said package for 10 months. Kindly, look into this matter & help me get the benefits promised.
