dear sir, my airtel dth number is 3012731415. within one year i got problem with my set up box. many times i call customer care, they don’t care about my problem. they said don’t have stock. big company they don’t have set up box stock?

they have rules if within one year get problem they will make exchange. so i need exchange. please help me from your side, many times i am try to call and ask many questions. they don’t care about customer problem. please ask them. thanking you sir
