Hello Sir, i am an User of Airtel Dish TV, my Setup box Stop working on 18july, i ve Complained to Airtel Digital TV on july19,2014 (complaint no 38923919), technician visited and Confirmed to Change the Setup Box. now toady is Aug 11, 2014 close to complete a month , and still my setup box is not changed. i ve Complained several Times, here are Complain ref no 19 JULY 2014 : 38923919 27 JULY 2014 : 39107580 28 JULY 2014 : 39146189 9 AUG 2014 : 39399249 On every complaint customer care executive commit for 24 hr service, so many 24 hrs passed still issue not resolve, i ve called local Airel Service person , no provided by Customer care executive, getting same reply will be done today or tomorrow, and still wiring to resolve my issue.
