Received a call from tatasky 02066498xxx asking me about upgrading my pack to annual pack , I was in the office , hence told him i don’t want to upgrade and i can’t discus it right now . Retrieved a sms in 20 min about my package up-gradation to annual pack and account deducted by ” 2300 ” , they upgraded my package without my approval Called tatasky number 0206600xxx two time but they are not able to help me asking me to call in the morning . I am sure your call center logs will show the conversations, Ridiculous behaviour

My account was deducted by 2300 and a packed has been activated which i don’t want
