Airtel Digital TV – Suspension of Services

When I took the DTH connection, I was informed that I had to pay only Rs.400 per month for 30 days subscription for the package I opted. But after the free 45 days period when I recharged for Rs.400 the services were only for 20 days. I contacted customer care and they have logged in a complaint. But in-spite of repeated follow ups, they have still not reverted to me and I am without service from Aug 6th.

I want the service i have opted for to be continued at Rs.400 per month or my entire money refunded since I was promised by the customer service representative on 02nd June that this is the amount i needed to pay. I have asked them to listen to the call recording but still they have not responded even after 10 days of complaint. I have email evidences regarding the same.
