On 18th and 19th of December a got a message on my mobile number like the documents submitted by me at the time of taking the connection (which was more than 2 years old) are not complete and as per TRAI regulations Airtel will have diconnect the number and I was asked to submit the documents again. On 20th December Airtel disconnected my number fully. I went to check with Airtel and they said i have to submit the documents again. I asked them like its 2 years old connnection and after 2 years they came to know that documents were not complete so its not my mistake. but they did not agree. I submitted the documents again at Airtel relationship center, IT park, chandigarh on the same day and the representvie there (Sonika) promised the number will be active in a day or so… She even gave me new sim and charged for the same. on 22nd I got a call that i have to clear all the dues of that number (billed and unbilled) I went again there and paid the amount and then she told this will be a new activation, my old plan as no longer available so i will have to take a new plan. I did not have any option so I did the same as I did require that number urgently. Its been more that 10 days now but still there is no reply. I visited Airtel 3-4 times but not much help. I tried calling landline but no one answers the number they provided… All my contacts have my that number, My that number is only updated for all my bank accounts, credit card, policies etc.

1. This is the number that is being updated in all my bank accounts, credit cards and insurance policies, I am not able to access my bank account and other online servies. 2. All my friends and families have my that number and I am not reachable for them. 3. This is the number being used for my official purpose and I am not getting any official updates for the same.. I am getting lot of financial loss as I am missing many important calls and meetings because of that.

1. I want my number to be activated ASAP. 2. I want the same plan as I was using on my number. 3. I want Airtel to give me compensation for their mistake
