Airtel – Disconnecting Connection – Review

In the month of May I cleared the total bill of Rs 3671 to one of the dealer of Airtel and told his to disconnect my line. He in front of me call the customer care and give them my number and told them to disconnect my line. Now once again the bill started generating.When I called the customer care they instead of listening my problem put me on hold for approx 20 mins,Finally they told me that I should call them up for the disconnection.But that dealer on that that day inform nothing about such process. The behaviour of the service personnel is also worst.

I don’t want to pay once again unnecessarily.
