Airtel Disconnection Delayed Forever

Hi Airtel, You seems a big company with less customer service to offer , I have requested disconnection on 24 July a I was acknowledged that it will disconnected in 7 days , but nothing happened again I called and request disconnection , again assured of it on 12 august , again nothing happened I called again same thing happened , suddenly network gone from my number I thought as courtesy towards customer you did it now but after some days I got call from Airtel telling me that I have outstanding to pay and my will go to debt , I was not surprised as I had very bad experience with Airtel already , today I got call again and they said I have an outstanding I told that girl have you checked my account before calling , I was told by complaints department that I would not have to anything as this is delay from your end , adding to my my experience that girl told me that my no is not disconnected it’s suspended due to non payment .I want to take this to the TRAI as this is not a matter of 2 00 rs for me or yourself , it’s the matter of trust towards customer service.
