Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter, in frustration caused by Airtel – Broadband service provider in Hyderabad – Andhra Pradesh. I have already raise request for cancellation in July 2013 Service Req no. 35636618 as I was shifted to Allahabad. But still connection is not yet disconnected. During that time I have already paid my dues. Some how they changed status to resolved stating that I was agreed to continue with their service by offering billing adjustment. But the truth is I was/is never agreed to any such offering as I am moved out of Hyderabad to Allahabad. Even actual offer is given to me was to shift my connection to Allahabd, but service provider doesn’t have Broadband service at Allahabad. That why I raise request for cancellation. But still service provider is generating bill even till now. This is giving me mental torture every time. I want this to be disconnected as soon as possibile otherwise I don’t have other option just to knock door of Consumer Court. Kindly look into it. Regards Jay
I Want Airtel to Disconnect Service Immediately. Also stop sending me billing mail on my mail id and Stop calling for the same. As I have cleared all my dues during July 2013. So I am not liable to pay any more to Airtel.
