Hi, i had requested a cancellation of my existing broadband connection(04844067519) on 05/11/2013 and i got a confirmation of the disconnection on 6 Nov 2013 from airtel(Reference number is 40343290) and services was barred with effect from 05-11-2013. After 6 Nov 2013 no communication happened between airtel and me But still i got a bill for the nov month. When i enquired about this to airtel customer care they told my connection is still active and i need to pay the bill. Airtel customer never tried to study the full details.
