Sir i have purchased a book from Ess Ess Publishers, New Delhi. They have booked the book to me through On Dot Couriers on 05 Dec 2013 from Delhi. as per tracking records on On Dot Courier Website my book has reached the Hyderabad Air Port Branch and it reached Paradise Branch on 07 Dec 2013 at 1330 Hrs. After receiving the book they have remained silent and even did not informed me. When i have made enquiries on 11 Dec 2013 with the ESS ESS Publishers they have informed me that the book has been booked on 05 Dec 13 through On Dot Courier with POD No- 812447661 and reached Paradise Branch of Secunderabad on 07 Dec 2013 and given me the contact numbers of courier branch.Then i have contacted the courier branch on 11 Dec 2013 at 1130 hrs. people at Paradise branch were telling that parcels of my area are delivered by them weekly once only on Saturday. then i have asked them that my parcel have reached on Saturday only, but they have told that delivery boy leaves from office at 0900 hrs and my parcel received at 1330 hrs, hence my parcel has not been delivered and will be delivered on next Saturday. my parcel was booked by the publisher to be dispatched by air and delivered on priority and courier people have charged accordingly. after various requests by publisher, they have delivered the parcel on 11 Dec 2013 at 0530 pm.
Sir, you are requested to determine the value of time i have lost and arrange for suitable compensation for faulty service and make them to deny the bookings to such places, where they can not deliver the parcels on time.
