M/s Vimal Tele Solution providing services under the brand name and on behalf of M/s Bharti Airtel Limited initially gave a talk time postpaid plan on which he assured about a discount scheme. However, on receipt of bill we found that the bill was made without considering the discount which was initially assured of. Now when I asked him to deduct the discount and change the bill accordingly, the service provider totally refused it. After full settlement of the bill, he deactivated my postpaid number. Further, after much efforts i am now unable to get it reactivated.
Economic Damages: Around Rs. 12,800/- (Rs.10,000 + Rs.800 for Conveyance Exp. + Rs.2,000 on account of leave i had to take) Physical Damages: Mental harassment due to so many rounds i had to made to service centre. Other Damages: I had to take leave from office specially for this purpose which has affected me badly.
