As a customer of Make My Trip I have been going through severe mental pressure as MMT has spoiled my brother’s honeymoon trip funded by me with false commitments, worst services, worst hotels, no one hearing responding complaints, no refund solution and there is no way I can reach to MMT staff to know what the resolution is, considering which they have marked my complaints resolved. Overall I am feeling very sad, down and depressed with services of MakeMyTrip.

I want compensation – whatever committed and not offered to my brother should be refunded to us, along with complete compensation of Corbette. And as I was trusting MMT for these many days and they are not considering me as a customer at all, I want my complete package amount to be refunded as they have forced me to go to mental depression with their so called customer support who is not supportive at all. And at end, I want a written Sorry from MMT in a separate fresh mail from them.
