I have been using Airtel prepaid sim numbered 9600557767(sim no H289919400001846795341) for the past 4 years. Airtel has requested to resubmit the documents. I have submitted my documents at the near by Airtel center(AVR mobiles,veerapandi pirivu,coimabtore-47)immediately as they asked me to do so. But on 05/10/2010 my prepaid connection has been disconnected.
I feel very sad with ur treatment over this issue. I have tried to contact the customer care but all my efforts in vain. Being a manager in a leading concern i was not able to contact people from that sim(very pathetic).
So i kindly request u take necessary actions to restore my mobile connection. Or else u might face the consequences in the court.

You have asked for the documents without specifying the last date. I am collecting these documents meanwhile, you have disconnected the number without iniimation.
thye mechanical voice has informed that my services will be reactiivated if i confirm which I did . Yet, the services are not activated even after 4 hours.
Plesae reactivate the number immedaitely. I am submitting the documents withitn three days as advised.
