i have taken airtel 4g dongle and internet unlimited postpaid connection (no. 858585xxxx) of 3GB in the month of June, 2014. For the 1st 2 weeks i have got good network/internet connection, however from the third week i was facing network problem and therefore i have lodged a complain at customer care relating network issue. My complain no. is 56816019. After a lot of trial and errors they told me that i could not get network only because there was no airtel tower in my area and it will take 3 months to install a new tower in my area. in the month of June, 2014 i could use only 700 mb out of 3gb. Hence I request them to deactivate my connection. On the basis of my request they have logged a new service request whose no. is 56919527. The customer care informed me that i have to pay a proportionate bill amount of Rs. 630 approx for the month of June, 2014 and Rs. 150 for deactivation charge and the connection will again get reactivated from 27th September, 2014 on my request. They will also send me a hard copy of the bill as the email id given is wrong. However on August, 2014 i have got a call from airtel in my alternate no. 8981088520 and they told me to pay bill of Rs.1450 approx. So i visited the airtel store at Esplande (Dharmatalla), kolkata and they told me that my deactivation request of 56919527 cannot be processed and therefore I have to pay the whole bill amount of Rs. 1440 approx, and so i have disagreed to pay the bill. Today i have again got a bill for August,2014 in my mobile no. 898108xxx , where i have to pay Rs.2273.22. But still today i have not got any hard copy of the bill in my local address
I agree to pay the justified bill of June, 2014 of Rs. 650 approx and Rs. 150 for deactivation. I want proper and justified settlement in this matter of billing issue
