I owed a bill to idea cellular because i asked them to change my bill plan to a plan that gives me free internet and std calls.they activated the plan but did not deactivate the previous plan. when debt collector called me i told him that i will pay the bill in 5 days time but they started calling my family members and my relatives and threatened them of killing me and also which caused a lot of mental stress to me and to my family

i want that strict action should be taken against them as they don’t follow fair debt collection procedures and they should compensate for the mental harassment they did to me and my family for that time
