Order number – 2513093435. First, the product delivery was delayed by 3 days. Second, the delivered product was faulty. Third, they are not refunding my money. Fourth, poor redressal. Even after emailing them 15-20 time times on this issue there has not been a single reply from them. First of those emails was sent to 5th August 2014. It has already been almost a month and nothing of substance has been done from Snapdeal’s side.

I am a student of M Tech in Computer Science and my course demands heavy usage of laptop for studies and no resolution from Snapdeal has left me lagging from my peers. They have wasted my one month and have caused me mental stress and enormous amount of inconvenience.

Refund 36287 Rs plus 25000 Rs as compensation for my wasted time. Total relief: 61287 Rs
