I have paid double times to service provider as they first told me your cheque is post dated but after payment through debit card for same my cheque got debited.Now they are not returning my money thow they agreed that I have made double payment due to them. I want to take strong legal actions against them.

Want to take strong legal actions as they cheated me and not returning money from last almost three months
