I bought a kajal slik saree from Shopclues.com on May 8. On may 12 i received an sms that my order(13613313) has been shipped with ecom courier with tracking number mentioned as ( 103243992) when i tried to track my order on ecom’s website was unable to search the tracking number. Than i called up shopclues coustomer service and they were also unable to track the order. The person i spoke with his name was shibendu je registered a complaint regarding the same and assured me that the product will be delivered to me with in next 24 hours however i waited for 48 hours and still didn’t get the product. Than i again called shopclues on saturday and told to wait another 48 hours and it will be delivered when i didn’t get the product monday eod. I again called up the shopclues and explained the situation i was agin told to wait for another 48 hours, i ssked for their supervisor but they refused to connect me to him. I’m so worried now because i have ordered this product via my american express card this is the reason they are not giving me product. They are totally fraud. Please help!!
