Sir ,this company is deducting money from my account repeatingly. This is third incident in which money has been deducted without requesting for any service .first time this happened in February 2014 when 21 ruppees was deducted from my account citing a reason that I had requested for some movie masala .on day I tried many times to stop it by repeatedly messaging the company to stop but it was worthless then I have to approach the call center of the company to finally stop it .Then on 14 may 2014 Rs4 has been deducted citing the extension of same service .next day Rs21 was deducted citing the same reason .I approached the help center but they refused that never requested the service to stop (not in Feb ).now on 19 may they again deducted Rs 6 from my account citing a reason that I requested for some service which I never did .I request u to look into the matter .my mob no is 8602772xxx

Sir I want my money back plus a apology that this should not happen again .
