This is to inform you that on my request two remotes were given to me at the cost of Rs.250/-. When these remotes were given I have shown some doubt that these remotes are not genuine and it seems that the same have been purchased from the local market and supplied to me in the name of Airtel. For the last 20 days the remotes given to me are not working and become scrap for me. Since then I am searching that the respective engineer of Airtel who had supplied the fake remote to me. I am still surprised how the Airtel can supply sub standard quality of their products and these are very small products which are very very sub standard quality. Meanwhile I purchased a remote from the open market in the name of Airtel @ Rs.70/- which is in good quality and buttons are very soft compare to your products supplied in the name of Airtel and charged me heavy amount and become scrap the same within a month.
Keeping in view of the above can you please resolve my problems on the above mentioned issue or I should take up the matter with the seniors.Considering the facts that I am very old customers of Airtel digital TV and having 2 connections.

I am enclosing the pics of old and new remote for your easy reference and find the difference between these 2 remotes old and new one.
