Samsung LED TV with inbuilt set top box requires an airtel voucher no. for the airtel connection, which was missing in the TV box. It has been 1 month that I purchased a TV but now the customer care is not telling me the voucher no. & always ask me me to wait for a few days for their callback, which they never did.
I could have gone with a TV without the inbuilt set top which woould have resulted in a lesser MRP by Rs 10000/- I want the airtel voucher no from the company so I can get an airtel connection.
