ID7006050001 of airtel land line fixed in Pride pristine apartment , Electronic city in Bangalore in April 2012 against all relevant documents . I never use to get the bill but paid diligently after getting SMS . They would never send me bill and whenever i write they will say bill sent to my address . Finally in august they send me bill by mail. I was shocked to learn that my name was wrong, my address was wrong . When I pointed out and asked them what about all docs given, they said they lost them , I wanted them to send me apology and confirmation that they will be responsible for any misuse since this has my PAN, Passport copy etc, It means any terrorist can take connection as they don’t do any checking. I got call from 8130493722 threatening me of my life and abused me. I wanted to know from airtel details of this person for my security, but they will never provide. Wrote to nodal, appellate but they are equally rude and un apologetic and said go to MITTAL and complaint. I need letter confirming my details are not compromised and they don’t issue numbers to terrorists also apology for abusing me
