Airtel – False Promise misbehavior bluffed consumer

Hello, I was using the mobile phone with the service provided by the Vodafone 7 month back and I use my phone on roaming mostly and I had a postpaid plan, I was using a plan of Rs. 149 with the benefit of 100mins roaming free. Then I got a call from Airtel Delhi office with the landline number 011-49726xxx. They offered me to port out in Airtel and take postpaid and then they will give me a plan of Rs275 (approx.) in this I will get 400 min of roaming free with incoming free. So I have agreed them and tell them that I will port out and they have said me that you will get this plan when you will shift to Airtel. From this point they have started to misguide me and I have been misguided two time by Airtel executives. 1. They have ensure me that I will get the plan if I will port out so I have ported out from Vodafone and came to Airtel. After porting out I got to know that I didn’t get that plan for which I have been informed they have given me some myplan which is comparatively very expansive to the plan which I have selected. After that I have filed a complaint in Airtel 121 to look into my matter and told the whole situation then they told me that you can’t get that plan because it was a corporate plan and they can’t give it to me. So now who will answer this that they have told me that I will get but I didn’t get that plan. It is their fault not mine when they have promised me that they should follow that. After filing complaint in Airtel I had spoken to them many time and gave that number from which I got a call (011-49726xxx) also. Those guys didn’t take any step regarding this you can cross check it with the Airtel also they have waited my lots of time and in the end the result was zero I have to use the my plan only with the heavy amount of billing amount always near to 500rs and so many time it have crossed 500rs also. 2. A month back I have requested to port out from Airtel because it is very expansive my bill have reached till 1500rs, I can’t afford this heavy bill for my telephone. So I want to port out. Then I have send the message to port out and after some time I got a call from Airtel on 18 or 19 November and then they were saying that “sir please don’t port out from Airtel” and again they have offered me some corporate plan and they said that you can get the plan at time of your billing cycle, after that I have to cancel my porting request. At the time of the billing cycle I have called them again and then they said that sorry sir we can’t provide this plan it is not available. They have misguided me second time. Again I have to call Airtel daily to file a complaint and do something but they didn’t do anything. I got a call from some executive of Airtel (+91-7503981xxx) that guy told me that your problem will get resolved in 24hrs but after that call he didn’t call me back and they haven’t done anything. And when I have tried to call them they didn’t pick up the call. This is not fair Airtel Bharti executives who are repair

I just want that they should change my plan for which they have offered me or a plan better to that plan for which they have told me about. I want monetary relief also because of them I have to pay bills with very less benefits, I can’t get the plan of Vodafone again, the emotions and the pain which I have suffered because I was not in touch with my family and friend, I wasn’t able to do the daily work with that effectiveness. So I want these two things as a relief from the Airtel.
