Airtel – false representation poor response

i ported my previous mobile no. to airtel, The company executive named Ms. Suchita promised me that it will gve me 3GB internet for 3 months. She said it was a scheme for new postpaid customers. now after two days of my sim activation they are saying that no such scheme is activated on my no.

Just two days before my sim got activated and now it is showing an unpaid bill amount of more than Rs. 200. i tried contacting customer service department but they are not talking properly and have no answer whatsoever to this scheme. my problem.a lot of time of mine was wasted in calling customer service department. they kept me waiting for long hours without even solving
