details: – company : arihant dream infra. pvt. ltd. – website – http://arihantgroupjaipur.com/ – project url – http://www.arihantshivank.com/project/details/p/chjvamvjdf9pzdox – booked flat in their project “dynasty” in 2012 – possession due in mid 2015. – payment plan as follows: booking – 10% stilt floor – 10% 1st floor – 10% 2nd floor – 10% 3rd floor – 10% 4th floor – 10% 5th floor – 10% 7th floor – 7.5% 8th floor – 7.5% flooring – 10% on possession – 5% the company as of now as raised 50% of amount from us by simply laying down floors on columns and not stared any brickwork as yet. and pressuring us to pay more for new upcoming floors. we asked them to complete brickwork of other floors but they said they have started and will do it but you have to pay the amount for new floors. we said that we will pay when floors brickwork completes but they said they will either cancel the flat or will will charge interest @18% for delayed payment. we are doubtful for this company and request you to please help us in this matter. you can call me on my no – 9660018xxx for more details.
– complete work before raising demand for payment. for example – if they are raising demand for 5th floor at least they should complete brick work upto 3-4th floor.
