Hi Sir/Ma’m, I have used services of below mentioned movers & packers company last month when I got transfer within my company from Mumbai to Delhi.This company is not paying me insurance copy/amount for damage item happened during transportation and giving no proper response after multiple followups.Please guide and help me out to get back my hard earn money.I have all proof / bill for the same.I request to take strict action against this company so that it can not do any kind of fraud to customer in future. I consult a almirah repair shopkeeper and he ask for Rs.1500 as repair cost.Also this company has taken Rs. 1000 additional to transport cost as insurance amount.Not given me any copy of insurance and missguided till date.It should also refund as done fraud with me.So I want Rs.2500 to settle all issue and want some strict action to this company so that this type of incident would not repeat with any customer in future.
