Reliance Tele – dealy in porting cdma to gsm

Acc to TRAI rules 1)number should be port within 7 days of filling the request. but they have taken more than 15 days. 2)number should not be deactivated for more than 1 hour, but my number is deactivated more than 4 hour and customer care told to wait 48 hour to resolve this. i am using business phone with blackberry facilities. i am getting more than 500 emails in a day and now i am not able to access any emails.

request you to please take strict action against this company. but first help me to activate my number
