Dear Sir, I am Gourav Garg and i am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue. I have recharged a net pack of Rs 8 which specifies ( 50mb Free 3g). It was working well and suddenly it get stooped.When i checked my balance, I have seen that my balance has come to 0.14 from 71.12. And it was a hell because everyone knows “Money doesn’t grow in tress”. And even I was left with 4.62 mb free in my data pack. When I had a talk with customer care, a guy (Mr. Shaik Ahmed) is saying that they have already intimated me by text regarding this shit. But I didnt received any message from the service provider yet and this thing he is not ready to accept. And I have also faced similar problems two times in the past, But I ignored it. But this time I am not going to leave it. So I have one request to solve my problem as soon as possible. I hope to hear back from you about this incident.
