This is a Complain regarding Fraud Staff Mr. Sanjay in IT section in Ghatkopar branch who cheated me in buying an Airtel DataCard. I specifically told him that I am going out of Town and I need this DataCard for Internet and he told it will be activated very soon, but when I called of after 3 days that its not getting activated he replied that you need to be in Mumbai to activate.. This is so ridiculous service. At least he could have told me on the spot that Sir you need to be in Mumbai to activate this Card, so that I would not have purchased it but he cheated me in such a way that I was convinced that the DataCard will be activated and I will get the services. This is so ridiculous for a branded name like Vijay Sales to have such Fraud Staff. Please take action against such fraud staff and give customers a descent service in future.
