My Airtel mobile no is 96656653XX. When i purchased this airtel card it has friends circle plan facility. In this plan first call charges 1.5 rs then 15 ps for every minute for airtel mobile and first 3 sms charged rs 1.5 then 100 sms free. But from , yesterday 4th march 2014 this service is deactivated.

I called Airtel customer care they said it will be activated soon without any charges. but didn’t started yet. Today 5th march i again called customer care and they told service plan is expired and cannot be activated
My reference no is CSMDE20304243342 for complaint. i want my plan activated soon without any delay.
