Dear Sir, I recharged my Airtel Mobile number 9007985003 of Rs. 252 on 26-11-2013, I get 2.5 GB 2G data, but I can’t access it properly due to slow speed. I complained at customer care with Ref. No.CMOUD31127365208 . But they said “We have no technical issue, so complain is closed by our end”. i requested to them for deactivating the service and refund my Rs. 252 in my main account, but they can’t.
