The airtel *567# and *121*8# services report outdated plans and many people like me fall into their traps and lose our precious money. Recharge of 149 benfitted with 1500INR airtel to airtel minutes. whereas the service numbers says 2gb internet.

Refund the Amount into my airtel main Account balance and ask Airtel making such fraundent claims and piling away consumers money. Strict Legal Action is required in this regard as the company gives false information . Under RTI I want a case to be filled for the prosperity of the consumers like me who get cheated on false VAS services.
