Airtel – high bill generated

my bill was generated in june for around 1000/- extra for which till date it is unresolved and my connection is barred by them and as per trai regulations any complaint has to be solved within 4 weeks and yet my dynamic credit limit is of 3000 against which my bill is due only for around 1400.(approx)

i want waiver of my bill and refund of my security deposited in addition to that connection with another telecom service provider with same number
