I purchased a ladies sandal on 28th july 2013 of pavers england from reliance footprints but it got damaged due to manufacturing defect.so i complained to reliance customer care through toll free no.18001027382 and of complaint no.1555843 DATED 13/09/2013.they asked me to wait for 7 working days.on calling after 7 days they asked me to wait again for 7 working days but till now(15th oct) the problem is not resolved. kindly look into the matter and help me .

I am very much harassed due to irresponsible behaviour of customer assistance by reliance foot prints toll free customer care. Replacement of product or money back and with imposing penalty to reliance foot prints for remedial of irresponsible behaviour.
