Airtel – In-correct Billing no clarification from Airtel from 3 months

My 2 major billings issues 1. Bill which i had recieved on 13th April. There were errors in billing related to internet usage.I had activated 150/- plan where 500MB 3G & 500mb 2G is free. But to my horror total usage is not beyond 1GB (3g+2g usage).But I have been charged extra for 3g usage which was beyond 500MB. Ideally according to this plan this should have been tagged to 2G.I had filed the complain by dialing 121 but SR was closed without me being contacted again after re-opening case at 121 I find no response and no one contacted me 2. Second issue this month bill had got due amount of around 6000 with internet usage being charged more than 2.9 GB inspite Airtel regular sms I got just before my billing date was just 1035MB but I dont know how it was escalated to a large usage in just a day ?? though 2G speeds are pathetic and its not possible for so high usage in just short time . Again as for point number 1 contacted but no response

I want clarification from them Atleast some should contact me and talk why it has happened . Past 3 months I am contacting they are just giving me service number but no one calls when i contact they say they tried to contact. Well even I have sent so many emails but no replies . It just mental harassment for me from Airtel !!! No idea what to do now
