Before purchase I sent them email about return policy. They & said the money will be credit back to your CC if product returned without damage. The day I received shoes, I contacted them back in few hours time that the shoe doesn’t fit me as expected. They phoned and said they will arrange for the pick up and my Card will be refunded. Continuous emails I have sent them but till not the shoes has not been picked up.
1. Shoe to be picked up. 2. Full money to be refunded. 3. Compensation for damages occurred in terms of phone calls and time consumption. 4. Compensation for case not been resolved despite commitment from seller and repeated efforts from me.
