Incorrect information on Airtel‘s Website as well as Airtel’s Mobile App (My Airtel) about 3G Recharge option of Rs. 102 for 300 MB for 30 Days. Due to which I recharged through Net Banking option. However, not a single Rupee was credited for the same to either 3G Balance nor the Main Balance.
The main issue is not just my Rs. 102 loss but how much would the company be making by such transactions where 90% of the transaction amount, where there is no such denomination of recharge valid anymore, goes to Processing fee. Assuming even 1% such transactions happen for even a million customers runs the amounts in crores. Kindly levy heavy penalty on such Companies and audit their websites and mobile Apps that do not update on time.
